Coaching is a structured one on one conversation between you and your coach which focuses on achieving your goals to assist you in making desired changes.  In coaching we acknowledge the past for the impact it has had on your life choices and current situations. The main focus is what is happening now and in what direction you want to move forward in life.

Coaching is solution focused and enables you to tap into to your own unique talents and strengths to build resilience and improve productivity.  A coach knows how to ask the right questions to clarify your thoughts, belief and behaviours to support you in change to achieve your goals and aspirations.

I specialise in belief and emotional reprograming. A non-invasive interactive process of changing negative belief and behaviours that are limiting potential and keeping you from achieving your goals. Reprogramming the subconscious mind can create change at a subconscious level, which is powerful and removes resistance to creating actual change. Conscious action is then still required to achieve goals.
